Conference Rates

Daily rates are assessed on a per night, per person basis.

• Linen Packet: $4.00 per person/per set
• Lost Key: $35.00-$75.00
• Deposit: $300.00

Billing
The conference group will be billed as a whole, upon completion of the conference, via the method selected on the housing reservation form. Minimum billing is $300 covered by the non-refundable deposit.

Deposit
A $300 non-refundable deposit must be paid for a conference group to receive a housing reservation. The $300 deposit will be applied to the final bill.

Guaranteed Count
The guaranteed count for a conference is the number of participants expected to be housed with University Housing for the conference. The number will be submitted on the Guaranteed Count Form to be turned into University Housing no later than 7 days before the conference arrives at FSU.

The groups will be billed for the greater of the guaranteed count number provided on the Guaranteed Count Form or the actual head count housed with FSU.

Linens
Linen packets are available to conference groups at $4.00 per person per set, provided the groups request the packets in advance and the entire conference utilizes them. Each packet includes 1 towel, 1 wash cloth, 2 sheets, 1 pillow, and 1 blanket.

Cancellation
A written notice of cancellation must be received by University Housing to cancel a conference housing reservation. Upon cancellation, the housing deposit will be forfeited. 

If the University cancels the camp due to circumstances outside of its control, including disasters, emergencies, damaged facilities, threats and severe weather, the conference will receive a full refund of the deposit.
