Submit a Repair Request

MAIN CAMPUS REPAIR REQUEST

 

ALUMNI VILLAGE REPAIR REQUEST

To submit a repair request, first register on our system, then submit your request.Through this process you will receive two emails:

  1. Successful repair request submission
  2. Repair request completion.   

* First-time submitters will need the password: fixit

(Subsequent submissions should have the password saved.)

By submitting a repair request, you give Housing Maintenance staff permission to enter your room/apartment to correct the problem. Staff will knock and announce themselves before entering, and they will leave a yellow door tag explaining the work.If you have difficulty submitting a repair request or wish to check on a status, please contact your Hall Manager.Any facility emergency not during the hours of 8:00am - 4:30pm on weekdays should be reported to the Residence Hall Front Desk. Front Desk staff will determine the necessary response and action.REGISTER AND SUBMIT A MAIN CAMPUS REPAIR REQUEST

Please provide a detailed description in your repair request as well as including building and apartment number.
