University Housing Announcements

Undergraduate Housing - Housing Agreements & Assignment Status Information

Housing Agreements are available online for admitted students. New students who have been admitted for the Summer Session will need to complete two separate housing applications:

1) Fall 2005/Spring 2006 and

2) Summer 2005 housing application

We require an advance payment for with each application. The Fall 2005/Spring 2006 Housing Agreement requires a $225 advance payment. The $225 fee is partially refundable if the student does not enroll at FSU or make other arrangements. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of the Housing Agreement for details regarding specific cancellation dates.

The Summer Housing Agreement requires a non-refundable advance payment of $100. If you apply online for either Summer or Fall/Spring housing, you may pay using a credit card (American Express, Discover, Mastercard) or by electronic check. A convenience fee of $2.00 per each $100 will be assessed. Notification of summer and fall room assignment status will be mailed in late May. Summer and Fall assignment status information will be mailed to all housing applicants in early June 2005.

 

Graduate, Family and Nontraditional Student Housing

Graduate, Family and Nontraditional Student Housing Agreements are available on our website. A non-refundable advance payment of $75 must be received in our office within 10 days of submission of the housing agreement to avoid automatic cancellation. If you apply online, you may pay the required prepayment using a credit card (American Express, Discover, Mastercard) or by electronic check. A convenience fee of $2.00 per each $100 will be assessed. To apply electronically, please go to the Online Applications icon located at the top of the page.
