Alumni Village is located
1.5 miles from the main campus and is situated on 80 acres. Its location
is near the FSU Golf Course, Research Park and the FSU/FAMU Engineering
School.
• Apartment Types: one, two and three bedrooms
• Single students prefer the one or two
bedroom flats.
• Married students and student families
prefer the two or three bedroom townhouse apartments.
• Apartments are equipped with the following furniture:
• Kitchen: dining table with 4 chairs, refrigerator,
and range. All apartment types.
• Living room: two seater love seat & side chair.

• Bedroom: desk with chair, dresser, moveable bed,
and night stand. (Two and three bedroom apartments have only one
bedroom fully furnished)
• Air conditioning:
• A limited number of apartments have
air conditioning units.
• The majority of apartments are not air-conditioned.
• Window Air conditioning units are permitted
in university designated and approved locations. Students wishing
to purchase an air conditioning unit should contact the Alumni
Village Office for specifications. Prior to installation, permission
should be obtained from Alumni Village staff.
• Recreational Amenities:
• Sand volleyball court, tennis Court,
racquetball court
• Recreational hall with kitchen
• Two playgrounds
