the first month's rent.

What
About Storage Space For Personal Belongings?
Since there is no space available for the storage of personal belongings, we
suggest you bring only those items that will fit comfortably into the space
available inside the apartment. If you would like to bring your own furniture,
plan to build your decorating scheme around the provided furnishings. A waiting
list is maintained for students who wish to have their apartments completely
unfurnished. In order to place your name on the list you must read and sign
the furniture policy. We cannot guarantee when or if the furniture could be
removed. Requests for partially unfurnished apartments cannot be honored.
