Rogers Hall offers
is an eight-story apartment building located on the west side of
the main campus and well within walking distance of all university
buildings.
Rogers Hall is reserved for single students. Two students
are assigned to a one bedroom apartment. A limited number of single
rooms are available in Rogers Hall. All apartments have a living/dining
area, compact kitchen unit, study area and bathroom. Students are
responsible for cleaning their own apartment.
The apartment is wired with direct computer connections.
No modems are required to access the internet. Residents receive
their mail at the University Post Office. Students are assessed a
U-Box fee each semester. FSUCard operated washers and dryers are
available in each building. Individually owned laundry and dish washing
equipment cannot be accommodated in apartments.
Rental rates for Rogers Hall include utilities and ethernet access.
Each apartment is also equipped with wiring for cable TV and phone
services. These services are available through the Office of Telecommunications.
Residents of Rogers Hall are on a month-to-month
contract. The
Rogers Hall Housing Agreement obligates students to one month (30
days). All
Rogers Hall residents must provide University Housing 30 days notice
prior to vacating the residence. For specific information

Utilities, Phone & Cable Services
Rental rates for Rogers Hall include utilities and high speed
Ethernet access. Rooms are equipped with wiring for cable and phone
access. Residents have the ability to contract for telephone and
cable services. Residents will be responsible for all cable TV
and phone charges.
Computer Services, Mail Delivery, & Laundry Facilities
All rooms are wired with direct computer connections. No modems
are required to access the internet. The number of lines per room
is based on student occupancy.
Residents receive their mail at the University Post Office. Box
rental is $17.50 per semester to be paid initially with the first
rental payment and thereafter included with the first month's rent
for each succeeding semester (payable at the beginning of the fall
and spring semester). The above rate is current for the 2007-2008
academic year.
FSUCard operated washers and dryers are available in the building.
Individually owned laundry and dish washing equipment cannot be accommodated
in apartments.
