Most living-learning communities occupy just one or two floors or
wings in a residence hall. Bryan Hall is the only building dedicated
entirely to a living-learning community.
-
All halls are air-conditioned, non-smoking, and equipped with kitchens,
study rooms, laundry rooms, recreation rooms, TV lounges and computer
connections.
-
All furniture is hardwood. Each room is furnished with a twin bed,
desk, chair and dresser for each student, along with one small refrigerator
for the room.
-
All rooms have Internet and cable TV access. The computer lab in Smith
Hall is available for use by any University Housing resident with proper
identification.
-
Kellum and Smith Halls feature built-in beds and shelves; all furniture
in other halls listed here is moveable.
* 2010-2011 room rates will be available at www.housing.fsu.edu in late
Spring 2010. Double room rates shown here are per person, per semester.
