By completing the Undergraduate Housing Agreement, whether online
or through the mail, you are signing an academic year contract for
the Fall and Spring terms of the upcoming academic year. Regardless
of your current circumstances, you should never sign an off-campus
lease or agreement to move into an apartment or fraternity/sorority
house unless you are prepared to pay for both living arrangements.
Questions about your housing obligation should be directed to the
Housing Office.
What if I decide not to attend FSU?
If you decide not to enroll at FSU then you may cancel your housing
agreement. In order to do so, you must notify University Housing
in writing. Send the cancellation letter by mail, email, fax, or
in person directly to the University Housing office. Our office is
not aware of cancellations made to other departments. You will forfeit
a portion of your original deposit depending on when the cancellation
notice is received by our office.

Agreement Terms and Conditions
