McCollum Hall

McCollum Hall is an air-conditioned facility for 199 undergraduate men and women in townhouse and efficiency style apartments. Students above the freshman level are eligible to live in McCollum. Visitation in McCollum is designated as self-regulated visitation. Please refer to the amenities page or the instructions for completing the Housing Agreement for specific visitation information. One student is assigned to an efficiency apartment. Each efficiency unit is equipped with a bed, dresser, a kitchen unit, desk with chair, closet, study area and a bathroom. Four students are assigned to townhouse apartments. The carpeted townhouse apartments are equipped with twin beds, dresser space, desks with chairs, a study area, a living/dining area, a kitchen unit and bathroom. All students who reside in renovated residence halls on the East side of campus are required to purchase a meal membership plan. The affected halls are as follows: Broward, Bryan, Cawthon, Gilchrist, Jennie Murphree, Landis and Reynolds. Students residing in DeGraff, Deviney, Dorman, Kellum, McCollum, Ragans, Salley, Smith, and Wildwood Halls are not required to purchase a meal membership, but many choose to do so.
