Ragans Hall offers apartment style living for 555 students. Ragans
Hall is centrally located on the main campus and well within walking
distance of all univeristy buildings. Apartments houses four students
in single bedrooms. Each apartment has two bathrooms, a common living
area and kitchen that is shared by all four students. This facility
is for returning residence hall students only and students above
the freshman level and visitation is self-regulated.
Security
Florida State , through University Housing and the Campus Police Department,
has continuously and systematically worked to achieve a safe environment for
all students. The New Apartment Facility is locked at all times, and students
must admit themselves with their FSUCard. It is necessary, in some instances,
for residents to identify themselves and guests prior to entering the living
area. Resident students are, in large part, responsible for the success of
our community security program as residents' full cooperation in the observance
of all procedures is designed to increase safety.
Furnishings
Apartments house three to four students in single bedrooms with two bathrooms.
Students are responsible for cleaning their own apartments. Furnishings include:
- twin beds
- dressers
- desks with chairs
- full-size refrigerator
- electric range
- two seater couch
- two, single side chairs
- two end tables

the Office of Telecommunications.

are required to access the internet. Residents receive their mail at the University
