Hall Options
Cawthon Hall houses
297 men and women. There
are several suite-style room types in Cawthon: doubles, doubles with
bath, singles, and triples. Cawthon offers semi-private baths and
students are responsible for the regular cleaning of the bathrooms.
In this facility, four to five students share a bathroom.
DeGraff Hall houses 700 men and women. DeGraff
is suite-style and offers primarily double rooms. DeGraff offers
semi-private baths and students are responsible for the regular cleaning
of the bathrooms. In this facility, four students share a bathroom.
Gilchrist Hall houses
229 men and women. There are several suite-style room types in Gilchrist:
singles, doubles, doubles with bath, singles with bath and triples
with bath. Gilchrist Hall offers semi-private baths. In this facility,
four to five students share a bathroom. Students are responsible
for the regular cleaning of the bathrooms.
Reynolds Hall houses 239 men and women. There
are several suite-style room types in Reynolds: doubles, doubles
with bath, singles, triples, triples with bath. Reynolds offers semi-private
baths and students are responsible for the regular cleaning of the
bathrooms. In this facility, four to five students share a bathroom.
After careful consideration of our summer enrollment
and the number of students who are requesting on-campus housing for
the summer term, we have made the decision to close two of the residence
hall options that were previously available. Jennie Murphree
and Broward Halls will no longer be options for the Summer C, 2008
session.
Summer Options for Students Above
the Freshman Level
McCollum Hall offers 2 bedroom/1 bath townhouses
(shared by 4 students) and single efficiency apartments (one student)
for 199 men and women. The carpeted townhouse apartments are equipped
with twin beds, dresser space, desks with chairs, a study area, a
living/dining area, a kitchen unit and bathroom. Each efficiency
unit is equipped with a bed, dresser, a kitchen unit, desk with chair,
closet, study area and a bathroom. Students (except FTIC)
contracting for summer sessions A, B & C must preference Ragans
Hall or McCollum Hall.
Ragans Hall offers 3/4 bedroom & 2
bath apartment living for 555 students above the freshmen level.
All apartments are equipped with kitchen/dining areas, shared study/living
rooms and bathrooms. Students
(except FTIC) contracting for summer sessions A, B & C must preference
Ragans Hall or McCollum Hall. |
