The Facilities Management Staff of University Housing welcomes you to our website. The custodial and maintenance staff of University Housing strives to maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment for its residents. The staff prides themselves on their rapid response and diligent efforts to maintain the residence halls.

The mission of University Housing is to create a community atmosphere that encourages academic and personal achievement of students. We support this mission by taking pride in the appearance and condition of our facilities. Our goal, and promise to you, is to maintain an environment that makes a good first impression, which places a value on comfortable and usable spaces, and is conducive to studying.
