Public Areas

Study Lounges

  • In most residence halls there are study rooms or lounges provided to encourage academic success among the residents. The rooms contain desks and chairs and are located in quiet areas of the hall.

Kitchens

  • There are kitchens provided in the community style and suite style buildings. These kitchens are communal for multiple residents to use at one time. The cleanliness is maintained by the Hall Custodial staff during the week. Please assist the staff in cleaning up as you cook and maintaining your cookware and dishes.

Rec Rooms

  • Each building has a recreational room for residents to watch TV or engage in billiards or in some buildings table tennis. These areas contain a television, couches, tables and chairs for residents to relax in. The Recreation Room is also a location where Residence Life Staff will provide on going programming and events for the residents to engage in.

Main Lobbies

  • The Main Lobbies of the residence halls provide the residents with a welcoming atmosphere. The Front Desks are near the Main lounges. The Lounges contain couches, tables, chairs and televisions for the residents to use. In some halls, there is a television room located outside of the Main Lobby.
