Reporting Work Orders

There are several ways to report a maintenance problem. Please remember that by submitting a work order, you are giving the Housing Maintenance staff permission to enter your room/apartment to correct the problem. Use any of the following methods that are easiest for you.

    1. You may report repairs or damages by calling the Hall Manager in your hall. The Hall Manager in your hall will normally submit work orders to the maintenance staff for completion. Throughout the day, residents are encouraged to stop by the Hall Manager's office and turn in a work order or check on the status of a prior request.

    2. You may submit an online repair request order by completing the form below.

    3. After 4:30pm each day, any facility emergency needs to be reported to the Residence Hall Front Desk so the Residence Life staff can attend to the emergency. Residence Life staff will determine the necessary response and contacts the residents who are affected.
